RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the Print on Demand (POD) Seller team on the Etsy marketplace.
Develop and execute sales strategies for POD products to drive revenue growth.
Conduct market, trend, and competitor analysis to optimize sales performance.
Coach, train, and mentor sellers to improve skills and productivity.
Set clear goals and KPIs for each team member and closely monitor performance.
Prepare business performance reports and propose improvements to workflows and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and stable business operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven hands-on experience selling on Etsy with strong, measurable results.
Strong market and competitor analysis skills, with the ability to learn, adapt, and optimize strategies to stay competitive.
Deep understanding of customer behavior and the ability to optimize the buying experience to improve conversion rates.
Demonstrated experience in team management, including building processes and optimizing operations.
Self-driven and proactive in research, trend updates, experimentation, and continuous optimization of sales strategies.
Strong strategic mindset with a long-term growth orientation, including planning for team and revenue expansion.
