Fulfillment Leader
RESPONSIBILITIES
Order management: receive orders, monitor production/fulfillment, shipping, and order status.
Coordinate with manufacturing/production partners to ensure on-time delivery and order quality.
Storefront management: handle customer messages, order-related issues, reviews, and disputes.
Monitor, identify, and resolve arising issues promptly.
Ensure the storefront complies with platform policies and maintains a positive customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Education & Knowledge: College or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Professional Experience
Solid understanding of the end-to-end process: order – product – fulfillment – customer service.
Experience operating e-commerce platforms is a strong advantage.
3. Management Experience: Minimum of 2 years of people management experience (managing a team of at least 5 members).
4. Skills & Attributes
Detail-oriented, careful, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to perform well under pressure.
Candidates under 30 years old and unmarried are preferred.
