[Amazon] Growth & Brand Lead Tiktokshop US
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct in-depth analysis of the U.S. market, user behavior, and competitors on TikTok Shop
Analyze sales and content performance data to propose data-driven growth strategies
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with overall brand direction
Define sales content strategy and brand visual positioning for the U.S. market
Monitor key performance metrics and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize and scale the TikTok Shop operations
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or related fields
Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating TikTok Shop or international e-commerce platforms
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using e-commerce operation and data analysis tools
Growth-oriented, data-driven mindset with a passion for testing, optimizing, and scaling
Strong interest in long-term brand building
Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with clear outcomes and direct impact
Candidates under 30 years old; preference for single candidates (male/female)
