RESPONSIBILITIES

Role Focus: Act as the company’s operational backbone—building and optimizing an efficient operating system to support the marketplace’s business growth strategy.

Direct Reporting Line: Head of Business / Sales Director.

1. Strategic Execution Planning

  • Analyze, develop, and execute company-wide strategies.
  • Propose initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization.

2. Operations Management

  • Design, implement, and continuously optimize operational processes.
  • Oversee and manage projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless and effective business operations.

3. Team Management

  • Manage team performance and conduct periodic KPI evaluations.
  • Develop and implement training and capability-building plans.
  • Organize and supervise team activities efficiently while fostering innovation, collaboration, and a high-performance culture.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education & Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Business, Foreign Trade, or related disciplines.

2. Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in management and leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in building and implementing operational processes.
  • Experience in the POD (Print-on-Demand) industry is a strong advantage.

3. Language

  • Strong English proficiency (minimum TOEIC score: 800).

4. Attitude & Skills

  • High integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong planning and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.

WORKING HOURS

  • Morning: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM, Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM
