C&B Intern
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration (20%)
Support the management of office supplies and working equipment.
Assist in company asset management.
Prepare payment requests for administrative expenses.
Payroll & Benefits / HR Operations (80%)
Assist in organizing employee welfare activities, including health check-ups and annual company trips.
Arrange, maintain, and manage personnel files and employee records.
Draft HR-related documents and internal correspondence.
Input, update, and organize employee data in HR systems.
Collect and monitor timesheets and attendance records.
Support HR operations related to Social Insurance (SI).
Assist with Trade Union / Employee Union activities.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
OBJECTIVE
To select suitable interns with the potential for conversion to full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship program.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Final-year students (awaiting graduation) or fresh graduates.
Major relevant to the applied position.
Availability for full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months.
Strong learning mindset, proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Willingness to pursue long-term career development.
Personal laptop meeting job requirements.
Preferred
Previous experience participating in clubs, projects, or related part-time/work experiences.
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, teamwork capability, and adaptability.
