KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Executive Support & Corporate Governance

  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors (BOD) in developing and maintaining management systems and reporting frameworks.

  • Participate in project implementation, monitor progress, and ensure projects are executed fully and delivered on schedule.

  • Coordinate and organize meetings and working sessions with partners and stakeholders.

  • Act on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in handling assigned matters under delegated authority when required.

2. Schedule & Workflow Management

  • Coordinate and manage the CEO’s daily agenda, meeting schedules, and business travel arrangements.

  • Attend meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and consolidate reports.

  • Follow up, remind, and monitor the progress of assigned tasks and action items.

3. Internal Communications

  • Communicate directives, monitor implementation, and track work outcomes across departments.

  • Support seamless and effective information flow between the CEO and internal departments.

4. Administration & Office Operations

  • Oversee office administration, including stationery and asset management.
    Execute administrative procurement and purchasing activities.

  • Manage office services, workplace appearance, and office layout arrangement.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the CEO.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO or in an equivalent role.

  • Good command of spoken English (TOEIC score of 800 or above).

  • Strong skills in planning, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication.

  • Systematic thinking, attention to detail, high sense of responsibility.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and task/project management tools.
