Assistant to CEO
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Executive Support & Corporate Governance
Collaborate with the Board of Directors (BOD) in developing and maintaining management systems and reporting frameworks.
Participate in project implementation, monitor progress, and ensure projects are executed fully and delivered on schedule.
Coordinate and organize meetings and working sessions with partners and stakeholders.
Act on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in handling assigned matters under delegated authority when required.
2. Schedule & Workflow Management
Coordinate and manage the CEO’s daily agenda, meeting schedules, and business travel arrangements.
Attend meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and consolidate reports.
Follow up, remind, and monitor the progress of assigned tasks and action items.
3. Internal Communications
Communicate directives, monitor implementation, and track work outcomes across departments.
Support seamless and effective information flow between the CEO and internal departments.
4. Administration & Office Operations
Oversee office administration, including stationery and asset management.
Execute administrative procurement and purchasing activities.Manage office services, workplace appearance, and office layout arrangement.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the CEO.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO or in an equivalent role.
Good command of spoken English (TOEIC score of 800 or above).
Strong skills in planning, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication.
Systematic thinking, attention to detail, high sense of responsibility.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and task/project management tools.
