RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Budget Planning and Control

  • Develop financial plans in alignment with the company’s strategic direction.

  • Prepare budgets, allocate resources, and monitor company-wide budget utilization.

2. Project Financial Management

  • Develop appropriate financial plans and structures for individual projects.

  • Manage and monitor cash flow for the company’s projects.

  • Track, analyze, and evaluate the financial and operational performance of each project.

  • Review, reconcile, and verify accounting reports and financial figures.

3. Financial Modeling & Reporting System Development

  • Build and maintain financial models to support analysis and management decision-making.

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, investment performance, and operational efficiency.

  • Prepare financial statements and internal management reports as required.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing, trading, or diversified companies.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong data sensitivity with solid analytical, critical thinking, and presentation skills.

Logical mindset; proactive, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
