JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Inventory & Product Management

  • Monitor and update inventory status, including inbound, outbound, and on-hand stock.

  • Maintain and manage product data; perform periodic inventory updates and reconciliations.

  • Propose replenishment and inventory transfer plans to ensure optimal business performance and stock efficiency.

2. Order Coordination & Order Tracking

  • Coordinate with the Purchasing team to develop supply and procurement plans.

  • Issue and follow up on purchase orders; track order processing status and timelines.

  • Monitor shipment schedules, handle exceptions or issues, and consolidate shipment and order reports.

3. Amazon Operations Support

  • Support product listing updates and ongoing listing management on Amazon.

  • Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, stock levels, and fast-moving / slow-moving products.

  • Act as a liaison between related departments (Sales, Purchasing, Ordering/Procurement) to ensure smooth information flow.

4. Team Management

  • Develop and standardize operational workflows and procedures.
     

  • Train and coach team members on processes and operational standards.
     

  • Build and maintain reporting systems and order-related databases.
     

  • Establish performance evaluation criteria and KPIs for team members.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.

2. Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in inventory management, order coordination, or e-commerce operations.

  • Preference given to candidates with experience in POD (Print-on-Demand) or Amazon/FBA operations.

3. Professional Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and data analysis.

  • Strong planning, consolidation, and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

  • Proactive problem-solving mindset, strong systems thinking, and high sense of ownership and accountability.

4. Language Skills

  • Good command of English, particularly reading and writing skills

WORKING HOURS: Morning: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM, Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM
