RESPONSIBILITIES:
Focus on "back office" operations – building an efficient operational system to support the business development strategy of the platform.

Reports to: Business Director

1. Strategic Execution Planning

  • Analyze, plan, and execute the company’s strategies.
  • Propose initiatives to enhance work efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resources.

2. Operations Management

  • Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes.
  • Monitor and manage projects to ensure they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with teams/departments to ensure efficient business operations across finance, product, and customer service.

3. Team Management

  • Manage performance and conduct periodic KPI evaluations.
  • Plan training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Organize and supervise team activities effectively, encouraging creativity and teamwork.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, or other related majors.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in management or leadership roles.
  • Experience in building and implementing operational processes.
  • Candidates with experience in the POD (Print-on-Demand) industry are preferred.

Language:
Proficient in English (minimum TOEIC score of 800).

Attitude & Skills:

  • Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong planning and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Morning: 08:00 – 12:00, Afternoon: 13:30 – 17:30
